Digital Literacy Programme Launched in Tobago

CEO of Bismarck Technology & Learning Institution Ltd., Carol Sarwansingh-Jadoonanan, in collaboration with the Kiwanis Club of Scarborough launched free online digital literacy program for schools in Tobago on the17th July 2025. Carol was officially inducted to the Scarborough Club.
